We offer daily classes Monday - Friday, and Open Gym on Saturday. Check out our schedule below to find a class time that works for you!
Classes our limited to 16 people per class. Members reserve their spot in class through an app called Wodify. Wodify is our gym software that manages memberships, allows athletes to reserve and sign into class, records their results, and tracks their overall progress.
